Lower emissions and costs for residents of Pulse in Colindale

Fairview New Homes has teamed with E.ON at their Colindale site, Pulse, to provide new homes with a Community Energy Centre, helping to bring down energy emissions and costs for residents.

Each household will have a ‘heat meter’ rather than an individual boiler, meaning consumers will only pay for the energy they use, rather than receiving estimated bills.

Residents at Pulse will be able to reach central London in just 22 minutes on the Northern tube line and Colindale tube station is located right next to the new homes. Some of the properties have underground parking and the development has its own residents’ car club.

Pulse is five minutes on the tube to Brent Cross; a shopping mall with over 120 shops, restaurants and cafes. The Brent Cross area is also undergoing extensive regeneration which will help to improve the general area. King’s Cross and St Pancras are only 24 minutes away on the tube, giving access to the rest of the UK and abroad via the Eurostar.
