David Wilson Homes launches in South Wales

One of the country’s leading housebuilders demonstrating its confidence in South Wales with the launch of a brand new division based in Cardiff.

David Wilson Homes, part of Barratt Group, is set to launch its first dedicated new homes developments in Wales in the coming months.

Sales director Adrian Bird said that now was the ideal time to be launching David Wilson Homes in South Wales with interest already being generated in homes from the five star housebuilder.

Numerous jobs are set to be created in the coming months with 43 new homes planned, 20 of which over the next 12 months.

“We are looking forward to introducing buyers in South Wales to the quality, space and style of David Wilson Homes,’’ said Adrian. “And we are delighted to be establishing the brand as a key player in the Welsh property market.’’

He said buyers in South Wales will soon get their first taste of premium house designs from David Wilson Homes which reflect how families live today.

“Buyers will be able to see how David Wilson Homes creates modern, spacious homes with features including kitchens which are more than just a functional cooking space but as somewhere the family can congregate, gardens which are designed an outdoor rooms and plenty of rooflight windows to maximise natural light,’’ he said.

The first new homes from David Wilson Homes South Wales are set to be launched at Caerwent this summer with the launch of Centurion Park.
