Schroder UK Core Fund now available on multiple platforms
Schroders announces that the flagship fund in its Retail Distribution Review (RDR) friendly range, the Schroder UK Core Fund which offers customers a low cost, actively managed alternative to passive investing, is now available on multiple platforms.
The Schroder UK Core Fund, the first of a suite of funds alongside the Schroder QEP Global Core Fund and Schroder Dynamic Multi-Asset Fund, is now available from Standard Life, Aviva, Axa Elevate and Transact, as well as a number of other platforms.
The Fund, managed by the UK Prime team consisting of Andy Simpson, Sue Noffke and Jessica Ground, works to combine low fees and transparency with an achievable objective of a 1% outperformance of the benchmark each year after charges. UK core offers investors access to a highly skilled investment team with over fifty-five years of investment experience.
Schroders' Head of UK Marketing, James Rainbow, said: "We have seen significant interest in this fund as an alternative to passive investments and we are very pleased that it is now available on a large number of platforms. With implementation of the RDR in 2013, this range of funds has highlighted Schroders as one of the first companies to offer low cost, actively -managed products to the UK intermediary market - the success of this strategy is clearly demonstrated by the wide availability of the Schroder UK Core Fund."
