Top accolade for Milton Keynes site manager

26th July 2011 Print

The high standards of quality throughout Charles Church Midlands have been recognised by a prestigious award from the National House Building Council (NHBC).

Phil Davies, site manager at Charles Church’s Oakridge Park development in Milton Keynes has recently received a Pride in the Job Quality Award, underlining the leading home-builder’s unrivalled reputation for the design and quality of the homes it builds.

Adrian Smith, construction director for Charles Church Midlands, commented: “We have exacting standards of quality throughout the business at Charles Church. The dedication shown by Phil to his development and his team has helped us to maintain these standards and ensure that every home on Oakridge Park, and indeed at every Charles Church development across the region, is first class.

“Phil was shortlisted from more than 13,000 managers UK-wide to receive the award so it really is a fantastic achievement.

“This award not only reflects the hard work of the entire site team at Oakridge Park but also gives potential purchasers, and those who have recently moved to the development, added assurance that they can expect a superior, high quality home from us.”

Now in its 31st year, Pride in the Job recognises site managers who consistently demonstrate commitment to building high quality homes to meet the exacting needs of new-home buyers.

Phil will now go forward to compete in the next stage of the competition for the NHBC Seal of Excellence Award which is being announced later this year.
