Save £100 pp on a family adventure to Kenya

27th July 2011 Print

Families Worldwide has reduced the price of its 11-day Rift Valley Explorer adventure holiday, departing 19 October, by £100 per person*.

Experience the great African outdoors whilst staying in a mix of hotels and camps to enjoy views of Kilimanjaro from Amboseli, the serene beauty of the Rift Valley lakes – with extraordinary flamingo filled Lake Nakuru – and the grassy plains of the Masai Mara, literally teeming with big game.

There isn’t a zoo in the world that can compare with spotting majestic wild animals such as elephant, lion, giraffe and cheetah in their own back yard; the thrill of seeing your first lion in the bush is a magical moment that you will never forget.

Highlights will include a visit to an elephant orphanage and giraffe centre, safari drives, a visit to a Masai village and local school plus a meeting with a Masai elder.

The itinerary also includes a drive to Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru National Park to spot water-based wildlife such as hippos and flamingoes plus an extraordinary abundance of birds.

The holiday departs on 19 October 2011 and costs from £1384 per child (min. age 7) and £1599 per adult. This includes flights, all transportation, 8-nights’ accommodation, activities as detailed in the itinerary, most meals and the services of a tour leader.

* To qualify for the £100 pp reduction, the holiday must be booked by 31 August 2011.
