Just one home now remains for sale at Kington Park, a Bloor Homes development located in the riverside town of Kington in Herefordshire.

One of 46 quality homes built in total, the last home is a four-bedroom detached Didbrook style property. Priced at a very competitive £274,950, the house includes two ensuites, a utility room, double garage, parking and a generous sized rear garden.

Like all Bloor Homes properties, the homes at Kington Park have been built to the highest standards and have a top quality specification. It was this that led recent purchasers Brian and Susan Kitchener to swap their previous home and move to the new development.

Brian explained: “We were already living in a Bloor home and we loved it. Compared to other properties we looked at the first time, the quality of Bloor’s homes really outshone the rest. We went to look at the new homes at Kington Park purely out of curiosity and we were pleased to see that their standards were still extremely high. Although we hadn’t gone there with the intention of moving, Susan took an instant liking to one of the five bedroom homes and we decided there and then to take advantage of Bloor’s part-ex scheme to upsize. With the help of the sales team, who were as friendly and helpful as ever, we moved into our new house within just eight weeks. It was a great decision as we love our new home even more than the first.”

Bloor’s part exchange scheme has helped many purchasers to upsize. Sales Adviser, Jan Bromage explains: “Around a quarter of our residents have been able to move into a larger home without having to experience the stress often associated with selling an existing property and it’s a scheme that may also be considered on our last remaining property for buyers who have an existing property to sell. Our scheme can save you lots of hassle as you benefit from receiving a valuation on your home within 48 hours of the estate agents’ visits, you have no advertising costs, no chain and a guaranteed buyer. Just pop along to the development if you would like any further information.”

Kington Park is located on the rural edge of Kington, off the Old Eardisley Road, surrounded by open countryside and offering views of the rolling Herefordshire hills. However, while having the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of living in a semi-rural environment, you will also be close enough to enjoy all that city life has to offer as Hereford is only around 20 miles away.

Bloor also has one remaining property at its Venns Park development, just off the prestigious Aylestone Hill in Hereford. The 4-bedroom detached is a Stanton style home which includes two ensuite bathrooms, garage and parking. It comes ready to move into with flooring throughout, blinds to the windows, light fittings and a landscaped rear garden. The house has recently been reduced and is now priced at just £249,950.
