Linden Homes is continuing to expand across the region – with the announcement of 38 new homes planned for South Milford.

The North Yorkshire village is the latest location to benefit from an exceptional selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes from Linden Homes’ impressive portfolio.

The development, to be called Southfield Park, is expected to receive its official launch in November.

However, home hunters who want to avoid the rush can buy their brand new home from plan – and benefit from the many advantages offered from reserving a dream home fresh from the drawing board.

Advantages to buying from plan include:

Selecting a plot with a south facing garden
Choosing your preferred taste in kitchen tiles, kitchen cupboards and bathroom suites
Having a blank canvas from which to plan your new home
Reaping all the benefits of lower utility bills, better energy efficiency and reduced maintenance bills that new homes can offer.

The new homes will include something for everyone, catering for diverse housing needs and lifestyles – and a perfect commuter location for those who work in nearby Selby and the surrounding towns.

With York around 14 miles away and Leeds some 30 miles away – South Milford is served by its own railway station and excellent major road links, including the A1(M), M1 and M62.

Although there is currently no sales presence at the development, customers can view plans and details at Linden Homes’ Richale Park development at Riccall. Prices have yet to be released, but for more information visit lindenhomes.co.uk.
