Ranch Rider offers new culinary stay in Montana

This October, riding holiday specialist Ranch Rider is offering a culinary holiday with a difference. Guests heading to the Montana based Ranch At Rock Creek will be joining Executive Chef, Josh Drage, as he prepares to create the first Ranch At Rock Creek cookbook.

An opportunity to craft gourmet cuisine alongside a seasoned professional, the afternoons will be spent with the star chef and his expert team as they prepare for the evening’s feast. Josh will be perfecting all of the chosen recipes over the four-day stay, and each night guests will have the chance to discuss each dish and find out why it will feature in the finished cookbook. The Ranch At Rock Creek also has an extensive wine list, Wine & Spirits Manager Tony Ardisson, pairing each course with a carefully selected vintage to please the palate.

Over the course of the stay ranchers can participate in the full range of activities including, horseback riding, private water fly-fishing, hiking, archery, paintball, mountain biking sporting clays, hiking, and excursions to the 19th century town of Philipsburg.

All guests will receive a keepsake cookbook with all the recipes from the weekend and photos of their time on the ranch.

4-day stay from £2,695pp (two sharing).
