Charles Church unveils Portishead information centre

8th September 2011 Print

Portmarine – the stunning new homes destination in Portishead – now has its own state-of-the-art ‘Visitor Information Centre’ which is destined to become a focal point for everyone visiting the area.

The purpose-built centre by luxury housebuilder, Charles Church, is open daily and manned by a professionally trained team of sales executives.

The sales team will be on hand to provide up-to-date information on the current and future development of Portmarine which includes Charles Church’s highly successful Priory Walk and Shorelines developments – the latter of which incorporates the stunning ‘Lighthouse’ apartment complex; a quirky new-build scheme which mirrors a traditional lighthouse whereby properties boast 180º views from the lounge and feature stunning wrap-around balconies so residents can really make the most of the stunning waterside location.

The Centre will also include updates on the luxury developer’s forthcoming developments which include Isis and Galatea, which are scheduled to open in 2012.

Nicola Reed, sales director for Charles Church Severn Valley, the developer behind the brand new Visitor Information Centre, said: “We want to make it as easy as possible for potential home buyers to gather information about our developments in the Portmarine area which is why the launch of a one-stop-shop is such a great idea.

“There is a lovely vibe around Portmarine and as we can demonstrate from the Information Centre, we have a range of homes to suit anyone’s lifestyle. We are proud to boast that our Portmarine-based sites really do appeal to the broadest mix of purchasers - at this stunning location we have harmoniously blended stylish apartments amid the bright lights and excitement of the bars and restaurants on the marina alongside family homes situated just a few minutes walk away which, in complete contrast, are situated near the tranquil estuary.

“The Visitor Information Centre is great news for local househunters as it means they will be able to learn about this diversity in one place.”
