The final few properties are being released at Charles Church’s prestigious King’s Park development in Sudbury including the superb showhome which is ready to move right in to.

Jon Gibbs, sales director for Charles Church Anglia, comments: “Buyers are being urged not to miss these last opportunities to purchase at King’s Park, a lovely development with beautiful countryside on the doorstep.

“As King’s Park is now coming to an end, there are some excellent offers on high specification properties such as the former showhome which comes with a host of extras.”

The showhome is a four/five bedroom three storey property built to the Holkham design. On the ground floor is a lounge, separate dining room, large kitchen / utility and a guest cloakroom. The first floor sees a master bedroom with en suite and dressing area, a second bedroom, bathroom and a study which could become an additional bedroom. There are two bedrooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom on the top floor.

Priced at £350,000, the showhome has a double garage and includes a landscaped garden, a stunning granite kitchen, plus all carpets, curtains, blinds and light fittings.

There are also two Rufford housetypes, one of which is ready to move in to straight-away in a quiet cul-de-sac location which isn’t overlooked. The second will be ready in early 2012. These four bedroom detached properties are priced from £292,950 with a double garage and plot 69 includes all carpets and a turfed rear garden.

The layout includes a large dual aspect living room, a separate dining room and a kitchen/breakfast room, offering plenty of space for growing families.

The final two Highgrove designs are priced from £307,950, with one due to be finished imminently and the second ready around Christmas time. These are spacious five bedroom detached properties with flexible living space over three floors and a double garage.

King’s Park can be found in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the historic town of Sudbury. While there is countryside all around, the development also offers easy commuting with Sudbury railway station only a five minute drive away, with trains reaching London’s Liverpool Street in one hour and 20 minutes.

The A12 is close by, linking to the M25 and opening up the whole motorway network.
