5th October 2011 Print

The easyJet Holidays website has launched its first ever ski programme, offering excellent value for money skiing holidays.

Prices start at just £199* per person for seven nights in La Plagne, including flights, transfers and accommodation at the Residence Maeva Les Chalets des Arolleson on self-catering basis.

easyJet has long been offering flights to traditional skiing destinations, but this is the first time that ski holidays have been available through the easyJet Holidays website.

Whether a complete beginner or in search of the perfect mogul field, there are resorts to suit everyone’s needs including Tignes, La Plagne, Les Menuires, Val Thorens, Val D ’Isere, Avoriaz, La Tania, Meribel Valley, Chamonix Valley and Les Arcs. There is also a wide range of accommodation choices with 126 property options to choose from on self-catering and half-board basis.

Mandy Round, general manager easyJet commented “The launch of a ski holiday programme is another significant step in the growth of the easyJet Holidays website.

“The successful launch of the website earlier this year, coupled with easyJet’s strength in the ski markets, makes this a natural next step to widen the offering. We are confident that the ski market will follow the success seen in the beach and city markets already on sale. ”

As well as traditional seven and fourteen night holidays, for avid skiers looking for an early trip to get their ski legs or to sneak in an extra trip towards the end of the season, the long awaited weekend skiing holiday is also available.

Daily flights to Geneva and regular flights to Grenoble with a choice of shuttle and private transfers, ensures that the flexibility the easyJet Holidays website offers on beach and city holidays is available now for skiers too. With pre-bookable ski passes, ski and snowboard rental & ski school also on offer, customers won’t have to waste any time before they hit the slopes.

Flights are offered to Geneva from 11 UK regional departure airports and to Grenoble from seven.
