Linden Homes is delighted to report some fantastic sales results at its development ‘The Hub’ in central Exeter, with 9 homes sold in the last week.

Annie Ellis, sales and marketing manager for Linden Homes, said: “Sales have been fantastic; we’re seeing investors, young professionals and first time buyers invest in The Hub. Sales and visitor levels have really flourished since we launched our new show home and we’ve almost sold the whole of the first phase.”

The Hub comprises 67 new apartments. Currently available are a choice of studio, one and two bedroom contemporary homes from £99,950 to £149,950. The company is also able to offer the Government’s FirstBuy scheme on selected homes, available to first time buyers with a combined income of less than £60,000 per year.

Homebuyers will receive a loan of up to 20% of the purchase price of their chosen home, which will be jointly funded by Linden Homes and the Government. The loan is interest free for five years and then just 1.75% interest per year plus 1% each year thereafter. Buyers then own 100% of their new home and only need to provide a five percent deposit and secure a 75% mortgage.

Located off Verney Street, The Hub is situated in the heart of Exeter - a historic university city that boasts a number of cafes, bars and restaurants, cinemas, museums, and shops, including the striking new Princesshay shopping centre and the forthcoming John Lewis store.

Linden Homes is also creating another popular development in the city – Discovery Quarter at Mount Dinham, which features a range of one to four bedroom homes from £149,950.
