Leisure property specialists Colliers International have been appointed to find a new owner for a 41 acre touring caravan and camping park near Bude, Cornwall on the instructions of joint receivers Julie Anne Palmer and Ian Edward Walker of Begbies Traynor LLP.

Pentire Haven Holiday Park at Kilkhampton is developed with 320 pitches and is offered for sale at £1.5m, with a closing date for offers of 12pm on Friday November 25, 2011.
