Get savvy with ‘Spaghetti Wednesday’

9th November 2011 Print

We may all be feeling the pinch in the current economic climate, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop enjoying eating out. Spaghetti House has the alternative.

One of life’s little pleasures is sharing a meal with those you cherish. Few do it better than Spaghetti House, the Italian restaurant group which has been feeding Londoners and visitors for half a century.

Mangia con gli amici e la famiglia – eat with friends and family – is an ingrained part of the Continent’s restaurant culture, and that’s exactly what Spaghetti House have always offered. Now on Wednesdays, at the centrally located St Martin’s Lane branch in WC2 and at the original Goodge Street restaurant in W1, ‘Spaghetti Wednesday Club’ has been launched. A club for lovers of good food, it provides a straightforward offer on Wednesdays, which changes every month.

In November, and coinciding with a new menu launch, the offer is ‘Pasta da Dividere per £10’ (pasta to share for £10). Sample the new dishes created by the chefs using this season’s freshest ingredients. Try Spaghetti Puttanesca alle Cozze or spice up a dreary winter day with Penne & Salsiccia. Normally selling at around £8.95 per portion, the deal for two people represents a generous saving, leaving change for some wine. Guests simply download the voucher, as often as they want during the month, from the website spaghettihouse.co.uk.

This is a genuine offer to reward loyal customers as the savings are passed on directly, rather than inflating prices only to discount them or participating in voucher deals.

This refreshing move has won Spaghetti House accolades from their peers and has increased the loyalty of their customers, who are personally mailed so that they can redeem their offer from the website.  Spaghetti House  at 30 St Martin’s Lane, London WC2N 4ER and at 15 Goodge Street.
