The 5 star Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth has invested nearly £1m to provide even more luxurious accommodation plus a new look to the nightly entertainment for visitors in 2012 - yet amazingly there are price reductions on many holidays!

The brand new ‘Wensum Lodge’ provides the ultimate in luxury and is set in a secluded location with its own decking and landscaping. It sleeps up to six people and is packed full of features such as LCD TV, DVD player, high level oven & grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and an ensuite master bedroom with large TV.

Also new are the ‘Osprey,’ sleeping six and the ‘Swift’ which sleeps five, both are built around a large central lounge and fitted out to the highest standard.

Vauxhall Holiday Park is close to 15 miles of golden sandy beaches and many other attractions such as the Norfolk Broads and the historic city of Norwich. It prides itself on catering for the needs of the modern holidaymaker – whatever their taste or budget and to help those families who may be feeling the economic pinch there are price reductions for 2012 across five types of holiday homes.

Prices for a week’s holiday start at £270, staying in a Kingfisher, which sleeps three, while a short break, three or four nights, is available from £149. Vauxhall Holiday Park also has facilities for touring caravans, motor homes and campers.

The park features the fabulous Indoor Tropical Water World, darts, pool, snooker, short mat bowls, gymnasium, football, tennis, kwik cricket and electric go karts.

There are special facilities for children of all ages and new this year are: Louie’s Den & Friends performing the Wizard of Oz, special picnics, cake decorating and circus skills.

For the under fives there is the Tiny Tots club while for older children, 12-17, there is the Hideout Club with everything from hip hop classes to jewellery making!

For those wanting a break from cooking The Reedcutters Restaurant is open from 8.30am until late seven days a week. In addition takeaway outlets offer burgers, fried chicken, kebabs, pizzas, jacket potatoes, fish & chips and fresh shellfish.

There is five star entertainment, at no extra cost, every night in the Regency Room while the new V-Lounge is for the over 18’s and has live music, discos and karaoke. For 2012 there is a new look to the entertainment with weekly themed shows such as: Swing & Soul; West End; Cheesy Eurovision; Schools Out etc.
