Opportunity to buy superb Pembrokeshire park hotel and estate

The magnificent Slebech Park Hotel with 5-star accredited accommodation, manor house and estate in the heart of the Pembrokeshire National Park is on the market with Colliers International and GVA Humberts Leisure.

Slebech Park Hotel commands a stunning position overlooking the Daucleddau Estuary - one of the most important Special Areas of Conservation in Europe.

The 600-acre mixed estate near Haverfordwest which includes the main house, a hotel and residential properties as well as a swathe of imposing park and woodlands, is being offered for sale by the agents acting on behalf of the administrators of the hotel and the owners of the estate.

Approached down a long driveway past an ornamental lake and with a beautiful setting on the banks of the estuary, Slebech Park boasts a 15-bedroom hotel a lovely restaurant and a 17-bedroom mansion as well as five residential properties.

There is also a Lodge house adjacent to the main gate, a pair of semi-detached three bedroom cottages and Home Farm, a five-bedroom detached house.
