Award-winning house builder Crest Nicholson has announced that there are only four remaining apartments left at its popular Poole Quarter development in Poole. The one and two bedroom apartments are all available to buy through the first-time buyer scheme Easybuy. Buyers are being urged to act swiftly as the apartments, which are just 300 metres from the sea, are expected to get snapped up quickly.

Scott Sowter, Branch Manager at Connells in Poole commented: “It is no surprise that the development has nearly sold out. A combination of its desirable location; ideal for first-time buyers, second home owners and investors, as well as its first-time buyer EasyBuy scheme have all secured its popularity and success.”

The EasyBuy scheme allows first-time buyers to own 100% of their home but only pay 80% of the price upfront. Unlike other incentives, there is absolutely no rent to pay or interest accrued on the outstanding 20% of the property’s equity for the first five years. The outstanding loan amount is paid back as a percentage of the property’s open market value at any time up to resale or after 10 years, whichever is sooner.

Christine Tiernan, Sales and Marketing Director for Crest Nicholson South, said: “This really is the last opportunity for buyers to purchase a brand new property at Poole Quarter. Anyone who is interested should visit our sales office to see first hand the quality and lifestyle that Poole Quarter has to offer. This time of year is always a busy for property sales, so these apartments won’t be around for long.”

With modern home features throughout, and many apartments including a private terrace or balcony, purchasers can expect superior quality at the Poole development. Positioned in the perfect location for water sports enthusiasts, sailing, jet-skiing and windsurfing hotspots are all on its doorstep. Furthermore, it is close to shopping facilities, restaurants, a leisure complex and is a short distance to the local train station.

Through the Easybuy scheme first-time buyers can benefit from a low deposit and can purchase a one bedroom apartment from only £117,600 (full price £147,000) and just £160,800 (full price £201,000) for a two bedroom apartment at Poole Quarter.
