Taylor Wimpey’s Low Cost Purchase Scheme gives homebuyers the help they need to secure property for sale in Suffolk at Concept in Red Lodge.

Homebuyers are being offered an amazing opportunity to step on – or up – the Suffolk property ladder with ease at Taylor Wimpey’s sought-after Concept development of new homes for sale in Red Lodge, near Newmarket.

Under the amazing Low Cost Purchase Scheme, qualifying customers choosing selected new houses for sale in Suffolk at the development will receive 10% of its purchase price from the leading housebuilder to boost their initial deposit on the property.

The first 10% is provided by Taylor Wimpey as a completely flexible and totally interest-free loan – so purchasers can choose to either continue owning 90% of their property in Suffolk indefinitely or repay the loan entirely at their convenience.

What’s more, because Low Cost Purchase Scheme homebuyers at the Taylor Wimpey Suffolk development only require an 80% mortgage (a 10% customer deposit is required in addition to the loan), they have access to a wider range of better-value deals with lower monthly repayments.

Stacy Dornan, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “We’re delighted to introduce the exciting new Low Cost Purchase Scheme at our popular Concept development of property for sale in Red Lodge, making home-ownership a reality for buyers who would otherwise be unable to afford to buy locally.

“With customers paying only 90% of the full price of selected houses for sale in Red Lodge, our high-quality Low Cost Purchase Scheme homes are probably the best-value properties available in the area.

“Our friendly and experienced Sales Executives are on hand to guide you through every step of the straightforward application and approval process – so securing a beautiful brand new home for an affordable price could hardly be any easier.”

To be eligible for the Low Cost Purchase Scheme, applicants should have an annual household income of less than £60,000.

There’s a choice of spacious three-bedroom terraced properties available under the initiative, including the ‘Buckford’ at Plot 207, accessible for a 90% price of just £137,700, and the ‘Redford’ at Plot 215, which can be purchased for a 90% price of only £139,500.

Both of these impressive properties are ideal for couples or young families, and feature a generous lounge/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a contemporary kitchen and a handy guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, both the ‘Buckford’ and the ‘Redford’ benefit from an en-suite master bedroom, two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a main bathroom, while allocated parking is located outside.

Alternatively, a new collection of two-bedroom apartments is due to be released for sale at Concept soon, with selected plots to be made available under the Low Cost Purchase Scheme.

All new homes at the development are completed to a high standard specification, including central heating, double glazing and fitted kitchen with integrated oven, hob and hood.

Located in the quiet community of Red Lodge, Concept is conveniently positioned to enjoy the best of both town and country living, with Suffolk’s idyllic heathland on the doorstep and great transport links to Cambridge, Newmarket, Ely and Bury St Edmunds.

The brand new St Christopher’s Primary School is set to open in Red Lodge in September 2012, while a new village centre is also on the way.

For commuters, Kennett railway station is just three miles from the development, offering a regular direct rail service to Cambridge in 30 minutes, while the A11 is only a short drive away for quick links to the A14, Newmarket and Mildenhall.

The nearby towns offer a wide choice of schools, shops, restaurants, bars and leisure facilities, and less than 15 miles away is Thetford Forest Park – a great setting for walking, cycling, riding and picnics.
