Sales success for new apartments in prime Cornish location

Location still holds the key for apartment buyers in St Austell after Elan sold most of the apartments in its latest phase at White River Place off-plan.

The housebuilder is celebrating after the development, which is ideally situated close to the town centre, became its new homes success story of 2012. Ten of the 14 apartments in the current phase, Trinity Court West, have now been sold but the remaining properties still offer a good mix of one and two-bedroom designs.
