Users are ultimately responsible for making sure that items they advertise and list are allowed on the Easier.com web site and not prohibited in the eyes of the law.
We reserve the right to edit, remove or reclassify any advert at our discretion.
We do not accept adverts using graphic or obscene language.
Adult Videos
All Adult Videos have to be BBFC approved.
Animals
We do not accept adverts for dogs controlled under UK Dangerous Dogs legislation.
We do not accept adverts for any endangered species according to CITES.
We do not accept adverts for any wild birds or birds of prey that have not been appropriately registered or licensed.
Chat Lines
We do not accept adverts for telephone chat lines.
Copyright Infringement
We do not accept adverts for copies and backups of software and games.
Get rich quick and Get paid to surf
We do not accept adverts for 'Get rich quick' schemes, or 'Get paid to surf' schemes.
MLM
We do not accept adverts for MLM schemes that generate income solely through recruiting new members.
Tobacco Products and Alcohol
We do not accept adverts for cigarettes, tobacco related products or alcohol.
Weapons
We do not accept adverts for any guns except: Air rifles below .22 calibre and that are not required to be licensed under UK law. The calibre must be stated in the advertisement. See Amended 1997 Firearms act for more information.
We do not accept adverts for crossbows are not accepted.
We do not accept adverts for any kind of knives. Read the Knives Act 1997 for more information.
