Suzuki Justian Gray, from York, scooped the dream prize of a brand new Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle recently, after entering a year-long competition run by legendary motorcycle manufacturer Suzuki, with backing from Express Insurance.


Twelve members of staff were today awarded their NVQ certificates by Suzuki GB PLC’s Managing Director for the Motorcycle, ATV and Marine divisions, Yasuharu Osawa, following the successful completion of the first ever formal qualification programme undertaken at the company’s headquarters in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Relentless Suzuki Enduro rider Paul Edmondson blitzed the second round of the Motul GB Hare Scramble Championship at Nantmawr Quarry over the weekend. The challenging course near Oswestry, Shropshire, held no barriers for Fast Eddy – he has competed there on several occasions and always posted excellent results in the annual Tough One event held every January.


Team Relentless Suzuki MX rider, Lewis Gregory, claimed yet another top-ten result in the European Championships at Randers in Denmark at the weekend, onboard his RM-Z250. Qualifying in eighth position at the sandy track, Lewis was determined to fly the flag for the team that has been dogged by recent rider injury.


WOR Events ran something rather special on Saturday evening, as Berwyn Leisure Park, near Oswestry, played host to both the sixth round of the Putoline XC Championship series and a WOR Event on Sunday.


Suzuki RM-Z450 Suzuki GB has unveiled the 2009 UK motocross line-up, with new variations of the outstanding four-stroke range and a continued commitment to two-stroke models.


Suzuki team riders, Brad Anderson and Carl Nunn, were on flying form at the penultimate round of the Maxxis British Motocross Championship, held at Brampton in Cumbria at the weekend, as both riders recorded fastest race lap times as they rode to top-five positions in both MX1 and MX2.

The third round of the Metzeler ACU British Enduro Championship took place in the Crychan Forest near Llandovery at the weekend, with Relentless Suzuki Enduro rider, Paul Edmondson, experiencing the ultimate in highs and lows on his RM250.
