The second round of the FIA GT championship took place on Sunday 28 May at the Czech circuit of Brno. At the end of the three-hour race, the MC12 driven by Michael Bartels-Andrea Bertolini (Vitaphone Racing Team) just missed out on the podium. The Trident pair was just seven tenths off Gollin-Babini (third in the Aston Martin). In second came Deletraz-Piccini (Aston Martin) with Bert-Janis (Saleen) taking top spot. Jamie Davies-Thomas Biagi, in the other Vitaphone Maserati, finished in sixth place.

The Trident Marque exhibits its latest models, the Quattroporte Sport GT and the GranSport Spyder, at the 11th annual Canary Wharf Motorexpo.

The individual models included in the grouping are the BMW 760, Mercedes S600, S55 and S65 and the Bentley Flying Spur.

The English Supermodel, together with FIA GT driver and Pirelli official tester Fabio Babini, stepped up to the second spot on the podium in the Trofeo Maserati race on board the Toora VIP car at the Bologna Motorshow.

Audemars Piguet will be the new main sponsor of the Trofeo Maserati 2006. The series will take on the name Trofeo Audemars Piguet Maserati Europa.
