Proton Cars UK dealers have achieved great results in a recent customer survey undertaken by Which? magazine. Customers taking part in the UK’s largest car survey placed Proton dealers in second position when rating the overall dealership sales experience.

Proton’s five door hatchback the GEN-2 has undergone a refresh for spring 2007 and is now sporting a new dark cloth or leather interior and new alloy wheels.

The Satria Neo is the latest addition to the Proton range. Launched in February, this new 3-door supermini is available with a choice of 1.3 or 1.6 litre engine, with prices starting from just £7,995 OTR.

In 2006 Proton Cars UK welcomed 30 new dealers to the franchise from across the UK, significantly increasing its network. The company now has 90 dealers throughout the UK.

Proton Cars UK is celebrating the New Year after enjoying a successful 2006 where new car sales showed a significant increase over 2005 levels in every month of the year.

Christmas and New Year have come early for consumers thinking about buying a Proton, as its 2007 offers are now available across the range.

If the success of 2006 so far is anything to go by, the year ahead is looking promising for Proton, with their new car sales up just over 58% so far on 2005, despite a general decline in the market this year.
