Customers of Bristol’s Clist & Rattle Skoda retailer are in for even higher standards of care and maintenance, after apprentice John Butler officially qualified as a Skoda technician.

Skoda’s 1.6-litre 16-valve Tiptronic engine is now available in base Roomster 1, Fabia 1 and Fabia Estate 1 models.

The production line of the new Skoda Superb started rolling today (Wednesday the 3rd of April 2008) in Kvasiny, Czech Republic. The first model, a ‘Rosso Brunnelo’ 2.0 TDI, has been handed over to the sales management team.

2007 signalled a huge success for Skoda in the emergency services market, with the manufacturer selling over 500 vehicles direct to this sector, a sales growth of 35 per cent from 2006.
