A new consumer satisfaction survey of over 6,000 home phone customers from Ofcom-accredited price comparison website Homephonechoices.co.uk has found that nearly half of Britain's home phone customers may be wasting money on outdated home phone packages, with 48.5% admitting they have not switched provider at all in the last 5 years.
