On 12 July in London, Air France-KLM was honoured by Airline Business in the Environment category of the Airline Strategy Awards. The Group’s strategy, which places the environment at the heart of its concerns and development, received the award.
Air France extends mobile phone boarding pass service
Air France has introduced its mobile phone boarding pass service on all flights to the French Overseas Departments (Pointe à Pitre, Fort de France, Cayenne and Saint Denis de la Réunion). This service enables customers to board their flight with no other paper document apart from their passport, on departure from Paris-Orly.
A taste to remember with Air France
Since the beginning of June, passengers travelling in the La Première and Affaires cabins have been enjoying their wine in a new wine glass. These unique wine glasses, designed for Air France in collaboration with Olivier Poussier, Best Sommelier and Air France wine consultant, were developed from wine-tasting glasses used by professionals.

On Friday April 10th, Air France took delivery of its 54th Boeing 777, registration F-GZND. This aircraft is the 777th Boeing 777 produced by the manufacturer Boeing at its workshops in Everett, near Seattle.

Air France-KLM and Alitalia have reached an agreement to strengthen their partnership cemented by Air France-KLM taking a minority stake in Alitalia. This agreement will give Air France-KLM greater access to the Italian market thanks to Alitalia which, following its acquisition of Air One, has reinforced its position on the domestic market.
