Totally handmade by the owners, sculptures & art works all over the place. Contains two traditionally stone houses, the first one at the first level stands 2m from the sea & functions as Bar-Club and the second one 15m higher at the fourth level fanctions as Café Bar with fireplace for winter time. It also places 2 outdoor wooden bars, 400 seats & 90 tables at the beach & more than 300 seats & 70 tables for the Night Club + a treehouse where the DJ set stands.Unique space for concerts full of positive VIBRATIONS.
In winter time 2-3 people can manage the Café(4th level).If the byer will operate the coastal club(1st level) will need 2-3 employees.At summer time it will need 10-13 employees.
The beautiful nature of this area combines sea and mountains. All 2 hrs most from Athens (capital of Greece).Almost one hour from Delfoi(sacred ancient temples), and a little more from the ski-mountain Parnassos nearby.Also 20' from the Patras Port(in contact with Italy),-the 3rd biggest city of Greece-, and 20' more to the other ski mountain Kalavryta.The place is at the "heart of Greece" with access to innumerous coastal and mountain villages.The area is like a big shiny & blue island.
