Little restaurant in the wonderful town of Locorotondo, located in Puglia, Southern Italy.
Locorotondo is just 4 Km from the world famous town of Alberobello.
The restaurant is very typical. It has recently been renewed. It used to be an old cellar and Kanteen. It boasts fantastic stone walls and the Kitchen is in the dining room, as customers could see the Chef cooking. It has two open fires and one of them is used as barbecue for meat, fish and vegs.
The rent is very reasonable, Euro 500 per month ( about £ 420,00). The restaurant is very famous in the area.
The price I am asking is very cheap, only Euro 80000,00 (about £ 66670,00), but if interested, we could grant a discount.
The restaurant is full equipped with all is needed to run a restaurant ( tables, chairs, ovens, cookers and so on).
