Nestled in the gardens is a custom built refreshing pool done in Italian and Spanish tile and seismic-construction, just completed in may 2005 by Aquarium Picinas of Escazu, San José! All naturally landscaped and lit at night for your dipping pleasure. Stone walkways wind through the gardens and lead you to a rock reef and virtually private beach, or to the rancho and gently swinging hammocks.

The property has its own filtered water supply in the form of 2 wells and a 3000 gallon holding tank.
