Britannia Building Society will launch the following buy to let mortgage products on Friday 13th July 2007:

2 Year Fixed Rate Option 1 – 6.19% up to 85% LTV. £999 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

2 Year Fixed Rate Option 2 – 6.39% up to 85% LTV. £599 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

2 Year Fixed Rate Option 3 – 6.74% up to 85% LTV. No Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply.

All new mortgage products operate on a Daily Interest basis.
