Britannia Building Society has launched the following buy to let mortgage products:

5 Year Fixed Rate Option 1 – 6.29% up to 85% LTV. £599 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

5 Year Fixed Rate Option 2 – 6.79% up to 85% LTV. No Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply.

All new mortgage products operate on a Daily Interest basis.
