Britannia Building Society will launch the following mortgage products on Friday 24th August 2007:

5 Year Fixed Rate Option 1 - 5.84% up to 95% LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, £100 Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

7 Year Fixed Rate Option 3 - 6.44% up to 95% LTV. No Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply. Remortgage Customers Only - Free Conveyancing Service. No HLC.

10 Year Fixed Rate Option 3 - 6.34% up to 95% LTV. No Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply. Remortgage Customers Only - Free Conveyancing Service. No HLC.

All new mortgage products operate on a Daily Interest basis.
