2 Year Fixed Rate Option 2 - 6.14% up to 95% LTV. £399 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee, Free First Standard Valuation. ERC's apply. Remortgage Customers Only - Free Conveyancing Service. No HLC.

2 Year Fixed Rate Option 4 - 5.69% up to 95% LTV. £999 Arrangement Fee, No Administration Fee. ERC's apply.

All new mortgage products operate on a Daily Interest basis.
