House Enzian is situated directly at the entrance of Rauris, central to all shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The valley-station of the chairlift is about three hundred meters from the house and it is just five minutes walking to the ‘Hochalm’ cable-car lift and just a little further to the beautifully situated open-air swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a large garden bounded by the ‘Rauriser Ache’ creek, with in the summer a lovely green terrace, sunbathing meadow, BBQ facility and a beautiful view at the mountain scenery, truly a feel-good oasis. The three pleasant and comfortable apartments offer beds to respectively 10 and two times 5 persons.
The largest apartment of 100 square meters at the first stock has three bedrooms and one living room with a sofa bed. De cozy and spacious kitchen-diner is well equipped and offers a large dining table and chairs. There is a spacious entrance and a large bathroom with two shower cubicles, two washbasins en a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with a comfy sitting area, television and DVD player. A large balcony surrounds the apartment.
The top-floor is divided in two apartments of 48 square meters each. These five person apartments have two bedrooms and one living-kitchen / diner equipped with dining table and chairs, television and DVD player. Furthermore there is a bathroom with shower cubicle and washbasin. The toilet is separate. One apartment is partly surrounded by a spacious balcony and lovely mountain scenery.
The communal cellar is equipped with a ski-stalling and recreation facilities like table-tennis, darts, internet computer and table-football. There is sufficient private parking space directly at the house.
Bed-linen and kitchen towels are all included. Pets are welcome and no extra costs are charged.
