An old house (110 m2), typical for the Loire area, on a forestry terrain of 5000m2 (to be shared with the owner). The house is fully renovated; it is located opposite the vineyards of the 'Château d’Eternes’, which lies 50 m lower. Culture trips can be made to the Loire castles in the neighbourhood, to the Abbey of Fontevraud (7km) and the many caves. For sporting activities on the water is Montsoveau, an excellent starting point.
