They all are accessible along the E45 speedway, which is only 3 kms from the villa<.

Museums, cultural sites, thermal baths, golf, tennis courts, horse-riding and nearby restaurants are available at a short driving distance.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with fireplace, satellite television, double sofa-bed, fully equipped corner kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator with ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for 6 and a washing-machine. The first floor has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (convertible to a double), bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and wc. Central heating, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, due also to the choice
of an unique pastel colour: indigo.



GLICINE: occupies 65 m2 - Sleeps 2+1

On the ground floor there is the living room with fireplace, satellite television, single sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner – (gas hob, refrigerator with ice compartment, electric oven, dining table for 4, washing-machine; The first floor has a twin bedroom (convertible to a double ), bathroom with shower bidet, sink, WC. Central heating, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, due also to the choice of an unique pastel colour, the mauve.


GINESTRA: occupies 75 m2 - Sleeps 2+2

IRIS: occupies 90 sqm – at the first floor- Sleeps 2+3

Large living room, with 1 double sofa-bed and 1 single armchair-bed , fully equipped kitchen corner (gas hob, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave ), dining table for 8, TV sat, washing-machine; 1 double bedroom , 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC.
