This house, a double residence, is situated in a completely restored ancient little village
of SACCOVESCIO (PRECI), in the National Park of the Sibil Mountains, 2 km from Preci.
The park is equivalent to the UK National Trust areas.
This little town is very charming and offers maximum tranquillity.
This area is also well known for its walking route through the Apennines.
At a distance of only 20 km, is situated the ski-resort Ussita. Both winter skiing en
summer walking trails are available.

The house is more than 500 years old and is completely renovated and adapted to our
actual way of living.
Initially, the house was in stone, however the previous owners covered it.
There are two bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchen-corner (in arte povera) and a bathroom.

GARDEN.
Situated in a beautiful location overlooking the Sibil mountains, the house has also
a garden in front.
