Countryseat Berg and Bos, is beautifully situated on the edge of the nature area ‘De Lemelerberg’. On the sloping moors, you will come across flocks of sheep. The river ‘De Vecht’, which streams through the area of the Salland range of hills, offers wonderful places to enjoy along the waters side. The pleasant village Ommen that lies within a short distance of the park offers (tourist) possibilities, which you could wish for. A lovely day trip is no problem. Easily reachable are the attraction parks such as, Slagharen or Hellendoorn, the famous gardens of Mien Ruys and the ice rink in Deventer. Or make a round trip on the Vecht or the Regge!
