Beautifull, spacious (100 m²), and charming summerhouse on private island with (fenced) verandah and terraces with nice view on water and nature, situated at a unique spot near a marina with open connection to the 'Loosdrechtse Plassen' (lakes). The house is comfortable and has all the equipment you could wish for. The island, with large garden, has landing-stages and steps to enter the water and can only be reached by (rowing-)boat (provided). An absolute must, near Utrecht and Amsterdam. The house is not suitable for (small) groupes.
