The villa is built on a hilltop 30 mtrs. above sea level, commanding breathtaking views , only 300 mtrs. from the Atlantic Ocean.The beach is at walking distance and there are fantastic golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants and shops nearby. Villa Lusitana is a beautiful modern villa for 12 to max. 18 persons.VilaLusitana comprises two floors. The entrance hall on the top floor leads into the dining room and kitchen. The dining room seats 18 and opens onto a large terrace.The adjoining fully fitted kitchen has all modern appliances. On this floor you will find three twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. One extra bathroom with bathtub and shower.From the entrance hall stairs lead down to the lower floor with a nice lounge with open fire place. Here are also three twin bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms.All bedrooms have a small seat (or a third single bed) and a desk with TV and CD player. Some bedrooms have telephone and an ADSL line for computer connection. Lounge and bedrooms open onto a partly covered terrace on pool level. Both terraces enjoy fantastic sea views. The recently landscaped garden (2004) has a large heatable swimming pool and a nice BBQ area.
