Notes to the rental rates

* Reservations: A 50% non-refundable deposit must accompany all bookings to obtain confirmation. Balance of rental is payable six weeks before arrival date. A refundable deposit of €200 is required for damages, breakages, keys and remote control.
* Extras available on request:
Please let me know in advance if you would like any of the following: Additional heating to the outdoor pool if you want the temperature raised to 24 degrees centigrade in the winter. This needs to be pre-booked and costs: - 60 € or 41 GBP per week in June, July, August and September. - 90 € or 61 GBP per week in May and October. - 180 € or 124 GBP per week in November, December, January, February, March and April.
* The house has cleaning/laundry service every week, but additional cleaning/laundry service are charged by the hour.
Although a welcome pack will be provided, groceries shopping can be arranged on request (payable on arrival).
Note: If guess arrive or leave the house after 6 PM our representative will charge an extra 30 Euros for the check in/out. As well this applies for arrivals & departures Saturdays and Sundays.
