A lovely villa (140m2) situated close to the village Sta. Margarita. The villa stands in a very peaceful region with a beautiful view over the cypresses. Within approx. 8km are the broad beaches at Ca'n Picafort and Son Baulo, where you can walk wonderfully among the dunes. Majorca has beaches, but also sufficient other relaxing possibilities. The town Inca (15km) is famous for its leather works and is the main town Palma (55km), with a beautiful cathedral and many lovely shopping streets and squares, an ideal day trip. A trip through the flat, agrarian countryside of the island, direction the east coast is surely worth it. Along the coast you will find paradise, azure blue bays and big places like Artá and Manacor.
