The Apartment

This is a new apartment completed December 06 situated in Orihuela Costa near La Zenia that is furnished to the highest standards situated on the outskirts of the urbanisation next to a Lemon Grove. All facilities, linen and a fully equipped kitchen are all included. The balcony makes the most of the sun and is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or an early evening cocktail. Double bed and twin beds can also be configured for a golf party or similar. Local support is provided by our management company who will be pleased to assist with any special requests.

The Development

This is a new development designed to make an ideal base for a family holiday, golf holiday or for longer term accommodation with great communal pool just two minutes walk away, local shops, bars, restaurants, newsagents, hairdressers, small supermarket and bank (with 24hr cash machine) within 10 minutes walk, "Blue Flag" beach at La Zenia just 5 minutes drive, water park at Torrevieja 10 minutes drive and hop skip and jump to a large super market. For the golfer, we offer an ideal base from which to play three superb courses at Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. 20 minutes and you can be playing at La Manga with more than enough bars and restaurants on offer at La Zenia to occupy the most hardened golf party!

Further A-field

The nearest Airport is actually at Murcia and there are also frequent flights into Alicante. Closest shopping is at Villamartin where there are also a number of bars and restaurants to suit all ages and budgets. Markets are lively and frequent during the season with La Zenia on a Sunday being a favourite of ours. For the children, try the Water Park at Torrevieja or the smaller one at Quesada. There are also a number of go-kart tracks that are always winners. Beaches are numerous and all within a 10/15 minute drive along this sunshine haven. For those looking for a more cultural avenue, Elche is only 20 minutes away with palm tree lined streets and historic monuments.

Well furnished new apartment close to Campoamor. This apartment is in a new residential area that combines all the elements for a super holiday. Close to the airport, beach, golf, shops, bars and restaurants, and onsite pool.

Sleeping

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 twin both equipped with ceiling mounted fans for night-time comfort. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

Entertainment

The apartment has a television and DVD. A small selection of English speaking DVD’s and books are available for your enjoyment.

Eating & Living

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a microwave. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. We have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. The apartment has 1 bathroom containing bath and shower and 1 WC for your partys use.

General

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is fully alarmed with 24hr monitoring by Securitas. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony and a front court yard. We do strongly recommend budgeting for a hire car to make the most of your holiday and surrounding areas.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theme park.

A deposit of 25% of the total is required with the remaining balance paid up to 2 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of £80.00 will be taken to cover breakages/damage to the property which will be returned if none has occured. If damage is suffered we reserve the right to retain whole or a proportionate amount to cover the loss.
