The farmhouse has 6 bedrooms, (1 family ensuite) and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 16 plus 2 cots. It has full central heating run off an oil-fired boiler, Rayburn and log fire in the lounge. The two large windows, upstairs windows to the front of the house and some in the lounge are double glazed. At the front side of the house is a (12'x8') double glazed conservatory and sliding patio doors to the garden, ideal for that evening drink and barbecue. The very large games room has a skittle alley, table tennis, snooker and darts. There are plenty of car parking spaces near the house and games room. Saturday-Saturday change over or by arrangement for weekends, short breaks etc.

The farm is run with neighbouring Cardsmill Farm, where guests can come and watch twice daily milking, see baby calves, beef animals, sheep, pet goat and dogs. Lambing is usually between January and April. Wander to the 20 acre woods or beside the River Char and watch any wildlife. I will be pleased to show you around and answer any questions; as we also grow wheat, barley, forage maize and sometimes linseed and oats.
