There is an open-plan living area with state of the art kitchen (Neff eye-level oven, built-in microwave-cum-grill, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-drier, fridge-freezer and pull-out larder). Dining area seating four and comfortable seating area with glorious views over countryside and the lights of Bristol at night. Wild-life seen from panoramic windows include, deer, foxes, badgers, hawks, buzzards. A pretty hallway leads to a twin/double bedded room and a king-sized bedroom with handbasin both leading into small, attractive conservatory also with lovely views, and wrought iron furniture. Opposite the bedrooms is a luxury power shower room. Guests have own patio with water feature, barbecue, wooden garden furniture and parasol. Open all year. Non-smokers preferred. Sorry no pets. Owner speaks french and Italian. Welcome hamper on arrival!
