Job Description
Our client is searching for a Payments Executive to handle payment requests to customers and affiliates based on withdrawal requests. Following up on requests pending due to missing information and other reasons. Handling a wide variety of player queries via email and telephone regarding missing deposits, missing cash outs, depositing and withdrawing funds etc. Analyzing individual situations and taking appropriate action to ensure that customer needs and internal policies are met. Reporting Cashier malfunctions and general problems experienced by the customers and ensuring accurate documentation and confidentiality of customer information.

Your skills and qualifications as a Payments Executive will include English plus German to an advanced level. Strong logical reasoning skills with an analytical approach and basic knowledge of online money processing. Good Windows and Microsoft Office skills.

Salary is indicated at £17k
