A leading, global, software and call centre provider requires a Senior Account Manager to increase sales of services and products in Madrid and surrounding areas. You must have a consultative sales approach, in order to gain new contracts and generating additional revenues from existing client accounts. You will report directly to the sales director and therefore be responsible for monthly forecasts of pending business to enable sales management to consolidate accurate business forecasts.
