Job Description
Our client is searching for an Accounting and Human Resources Assistant to assist in the preparation of accounting and other returns. Responsibilities include assisting in the application of all pertinent compliance issues relating to local legislation, IBRB and general policy requirements. Assist in the Payroll processing to include recruitment, joiners and leavers.

You will assist in the preparation of Monthly Expenses, ensuring these are authorised as per Schedule of Authorities. Assist in the HR Function of the subsidiary: preparation of salaries, administration of personnel, pensions, tax, social security etc. Assist to ensure smooth implementation of all new information technology requirements for the Branch, including hardware and software.

You will have a detailed knowledge of the IBRB and all procedures and aspects of accounting and HR. Professional accounting qualification i.e ACCA or similar. A good working knowledge of other management skills such as financial and management accounting, preparation of budgets / forecasts, P&L Control, and the management of change is also necessary.

Salary is 16k - 20k and dependent on experience
