About the role
Due to a company restructure my client is looking to recruit a Financial Controller to control the company’s financial systems, and to play a key role in their management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing an existing finance team, as well as preparing detailed management accounts, annual budgets and forecasts to support business decisions and to ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation.

Who we're looking for
We seek a qualified accountant, ideally CIMA, with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience. Also, those with a background in man management and working within a manufacturing environment would be at an advantage. My client is looking for a good communicator, someone who is confident in speaking to all employees and senior managers.
