As a Payments Associate you will handle a range of enquiries via telephone, email or system notifications and work to provide a fast resolution in German + English. You will be handling a wide variety of player queries via email and telephone regarding missing deposits, missing cash outs, collections, etc and requesting payments to customers based on withdrawal requests.
